Today is my first class of legal framework. Lecturer Mr. Sonny had been given us a short brief about this subject. And one of our assignments for this subject is request for create a blog and update the content twice a week. And the topic today is “What is law and how do you feel about law”. Basically law is a system of rule that used to maintain public order and gives the suitable punishment for those who do not follow the established rules of conduct. Law allows human fight for their right and every single life had the same level of right.
For me law might maintain the public order but in the same time law also created the opportunity for crime. For example like once the suspected criminal have not find any of evident to prove he or her crime. They have to be considering as clean. But that person maybe not. Just because of not prove of crime and he or she have to judged with acquitted crime. So for me I don’t think that the law can efficiency bring the absolute peaceful world for human. It still have many improvement can be work on it. So in order to satisfy the point of view of every public they have to consume more opinions.
